Eligibility & Prohibited Regions

Rugbet is unavailable to residents of or persons located in: Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Canada, China, Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela. Do not use VPNs or IP-masking to bypass these restrictions — doing so will void any winnings and may result in permanent account termination.

Wallet & Custody

You connect your own Solana wallet. Rugbet never holds custody of your private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your credentials — lost keys are irrecoverable.

Game Outcomes & Settlement

All game outcomes are determined by the platform's provably fair settlement logic. Once a round is settled on-chain, the result is final. Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with game contracts or the platform — violations will result in immediate account termination.

Fees & Taxes

You are responsible for all Solana network (gas) fees and for any taxes arising from your activity on Rugbet. Rugbet does not provide tax advice.

Rules of Conduct

• No bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• No exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in smart contracts or the UI.
• No accessing the platform on behalf of a prohibited jurisdiction.
• No harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct toward other users.

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you wagered in the thirty (30) days preceding any claim. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
